Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Methods
Deliveries are primarily sent via Posti Pikkupaketti (Small Parcel). If necessary, we use larger parcel delivery for, for example, larger orders or jewellery boxes.
Shipments are handled through the Shippii service.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time within Finland is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates, and Solessa is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the chosen delivery method and are stated at checkout before order confirmation.
Any special offers, such as free shipping, will be announced separately in the online store.
Damaged Shipment
If the shipment or product is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Please include in your message:
- order number
- a photo of the damage
- a brief description of the situation.
Unclaimed Shipment
An unclaimed shipment is not the same as a return.
If a shipment is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from the refunded amount.
